Ingredients

  • 1 cup Organic Tattva Buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Tattva Sugar (powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ Natural Tattva Salt
  • 1 ¼ cups buttermilk, shaken
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ teaspoon butter, for the skillet

Recipes

In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt

In a liquid measuring cup, measure out the buttermilk and add vanilla extract

Once done, add it to the dry mixture and mix well until combined

Preheat the skillet over medium-low heat and brush with 1 ½ teaspoons of butter

Using a medium spoon, scoop the batter onto the warm skillet

Cook each side for approximately 2 to 3 minutes until the pancake is golden brown

Serve immediately with the topping of your choice
